According to the regulations approved by the Ministry of Health under the Educational Regulations for International Students, international students are required to provide valid certificates of Persian and English language proficiency at the time of registration and throughout their studies. These certificates are among the academic and administrative requirements for international students, and their submission is essential for completing the graduation process.
Under these regulations, students may provide valid certificates from the AZFA and SAMFA examinations for Persian language proficiency, and certificates from the TOEFL, IELTS, and MHLE examinations for English language proficiency.
Students who do not hold a valid language proficiency certificate at the time of registration are required to participate in language training courses offered by the university, ranging from elementary to advanced levels. After completing the necessary training and achieving the required level of proficiency, students are required to take the language proficiency examination and obtain the relevant certificate.
International students must submit the required language proficiency certificate to the university no later than the time of their thesis or dissertation defense. This certificate is considered one of the essential documents required for completing the graduation procedures.
Accordingly, international students are advised not to postpone obtaining their language proficiency certificate until the final stages of their studies. Failure to submit the required certificate within the specified timeframe may disrupt or delay the completion of the graduation process.
